Belmont FRP Appliance

Belmont FRP Appliance is a compact hardware unit that enables AI edge computing features. It is compatible with the powerful Belmont FRP software.

Operation scenarios

Belmont FRP Appliance can work as a standalone single server with local management and a local database with identified faces. However, it can also be used as an edge cluster server connected to a central management server and database.

Camera independent

IP cameras from any brand can be connected to the Belmont FRP Appliance. Only an RTSP stream is required to perform stream capturing and analyzing.

Camera channels

Up to 5 IP cameras can be connected to the Belmont FRP Appliance for face recognition operations. The stream from each camera is processed and analyzed by the Belmont FRP Appliance

Variable resolution and bitrate

Each connected camera can have a resolution of up to 1920x1080, and a bitrate of up to 5Mbit/s. Cameras with a lower resolution and bitrate can also be connected, depending on the application’s needs.

Integrated memory and storage

8 GB of video memory and 128 GB of storage provides high-performance processing and storage capabilities for a multitude of applications.

​Local database

The Belmont FRP Appliance can store up to 20,000 faces in the database in a single server scenario. This quantity can fulfil the requirements of medium or large facilities where local recognition operations are required.
